Discussion on the Syndrome Differentiation Items of Heart Pulse Qi Stagnation Syndrome Based on the Literature System Evaluation

Abstract
Objective To formulate the diagnostic criteria for heart pulse qi stagnation syndrome,and to provide accurate syndrome differentiation items.Methods Taking heart pulse qi stagnation syndrome as the research object,the documents related to the heart pulse qi stagnation syndrome were collected.After sorting out according to the terminology,the diagnosis items of the heart pulse qi stagnation syndrome was selected by the frequency analysis,factor analysis,cluster analysis and network correlation analysis multivariate statistical methods.Results Seventy articles and 25 monographs were included,with a total of 59 symptom articles.Through multivariate statistical analysis,the preliminary questionnaire items of heart pulse qi stagnation syndrome were as follows:chest swelling,distension,swelling pain or throb pain,shortness of breath,mood depression or irritability,insomnia,palpitation,dizziness,headache,fatigue,qi,mood paralysis symptoms are easy to induce or aggravate,tongue dark,greasy fur,pulse,thin pulse.Conclusion The important symptoms in the diagnosis criteria of heart pulse qi stagnation syndrome were selected by evaluating the retrieved literature,which provided a solid foundation for the quantitative development of TCM syndromes.关键词
