个案管理模式在老年吸入性肺炎共病患者中的应用
Application of Case Management Model in Multimorbidity Elderly Patients with Aspiration Pneumonia
摘要
Abstract
To summarize the nursing case of an multimorbidity elderly patient with aspiration pneumonia,comprehensive geriatric assess-ment were conducted based on the patient's condition.For formulating a scientific and personalized nursing care plan,measures taken in-clude comprehensive management of elderly patients in hospital with aspiration pneumonia,respiratory training,comprehensive promot-ing sputum removal intervention combined with four-level rehabilitation training,cluster nursing model,behavioural habit reversal therapy combined with caregiver participation in health education model,and anticipatory nursing care model to promote the recovery of the patient.关键词
