Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between levels of serum growth differentiation factor-15(GDF-15),stromal cell derived factor-1(SDF-1)and CXC chemokine ligand 16(CXCL16)and coronary artery stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:A total of 136 patients with CHD in Fuwaihua Central Vascular Disease Hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as CHD group,and 120 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination during the same period were included in the healthy group.The general clinical data and serum levels of GDF-15,SDF-1 and CXCL16 were compared between the two groups,and the patients in CHD group were divided into mild stenosis group,moderate stenosis group and severe stenosis group according to the Gensini score.The levels of serum GDF-15,SDF-1 and CXCL16 were compared among patients with CHD of different stenosis degrees,and the relationship between Gensini score and serum GDF-15,SDF-1 and CXCL16 was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Results:The proportion of hypertension and hyperlipidemia in the CHD group was significantly higher than that in healthy group(P<0.05);serum triglyceride TG,total cholesterol(TC),homocysteine(Hcy),troponin levels and left ventricular end diastolic dimension(LVEDD)value were significantly higher than those in healthy group(P<0.05).High density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)value were significantly lower than those in the healthy group(P<0.05).The levels of serum GDF-15,SDF-1 and CXCL16:Healty group<CHD group,mild group<moderate group<severe group(P<0.05).Gensini score was significantly positively correlated with serum GDF-15,SDF-1 and CXCL16(P<0.05).Conclusions:The levels of GDF-15,SDF-1,and CXCL16 are correlated with the degree of coronary artery stenosis in CHD patients,which can be used as auxiliary detection indicators for clinical diagnosis and treatment of CHD.关键词
