摘要
Abstract
Gouty nephropathy is an impaired kidney function caused by persistent overproduction or decreased secretion of uric acid in the blood.Yigui Jiangzhuo prescription has the effect of strengthening spleen,removing dampness and relieving pain,warming yang and warming kidney.It is used to strengthen spleen and removing dampness and relieving pain,tonifying fire and helping yang to warm kidney.Some of the medicinal flavors have obvious effects of inhibiting uric acid production and promoting uric acid excretion.In order to discuss and describe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gouty nephropathy,this paper described the considerable clinical effect of Yigui Jiangzhuo prescription based on medical records.关键词
