Construct a Nursing Quality Index Evaluation System for Special Disease Re-habilitation in Military Rehabilitation and Convalescence Centers Based on Three-Dimensional Quality Structure Model

Abstract
Objective To establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system for the quality of special disease convalescence nursing in military rehabilitation and convalescence centers,conduct scientific,standardized and accurate evaluation,and continuously improve the level of special disease convalescence nursing.Methods Through literature review,consulting relevant military regulations and documents,field investigation,the primary and second quality index structures was constructed according to the"three-dimensional quality structure theory",and the index was evaluated by expert consultation method,and the content and weight of the index were finally determined.Results The positive coefficient of experts was 1,and the authority degree of experts in health service management,quality management,quality evaluation and expert consultation were all greater than 0.8.Three primary indexes were identified,namely,basic quality 0.353,link quality 0.369 and final quality 0.278.Secondary indicators 12.Conclusion The establishment of the first and second evaluation index system for the quality of special disease convalescence nursing provides a basic basis for scientific,standardized and ac-curate evaluation,and lays a foundation for continuous improvement of the quality of special disease convalescence nursing service.关键词
