吉林市昌邑区中小学视力情况与相关影响因素分析
Analysis of Visual Acuity and Related Factors in Primary and Middle Schools in Changyi District of Jilin City
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the incidence of myopia in primary and middle school students in Changyi District of Jilin City in 2021 and 2022,and analyze its related factors,so as to provide reference for the vision protection of primary and middle school students.Methods Through stratified random sampling at different school years,a total of 3,771 primary and middle school students in Changyi District were selected for visual examination and questionnaire survey during 2021 and 2022 to make statistics on myopia.The χ2 test and Logistic regression model were used to analyze the related factors of myopia among primary and middle school students.Results In 3771 cases of primary and middle school students,the total myopia detection rate was 61.3%;The myopia rate in different stages was different,showing the phenomenon of high school>secondary school>primary school(P<0.05),the myopia rate of female was slightly higher than that of male(P<0.05);The results of univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that parental myopia,the de-gree of time restriction on the use of electronic products,the reading distance between eyes and paper materials,outdoor activity time,and sleep duration were closely related to the incidence of myopia in primary and middle schools(P<0.05).Conclusion In Changyi District of Jilin City,the myopia rate of middle school students is high in 2021 and 2022,especially in high school,which is related to factors such as myopia of parents,no more than 1 hour of outdoor activities per day,no restriction on the use of electronic products by primary and middle school students,reading distance less than 30 cm,and sleep time less than 8 hours.关键词
