中美对比视域下创新创业人才培养模式研究
摘要
Abstract
By comparing the differences between the two countries'innovative and entrepreneurial talent cultivating models from the perspective of China and the United States in terms of cultivating motivation,curriculum design,teacher team construction,collaborative mechanism construction,and students'acceptance of innovation and entrepreneurship,the following inspirations are drawn:China can realize the transformation from the other-organized talent cultivating mode to the self-organized collaborative cultivating mode by changing the cultivating motivation,improving the curriculum design,strengthening the construction of the teaching staff,promoting the construction of the collaborative mechanism,and improving the acceptance of students'innovation and entrepreneurship.关键词
