The Relationship Between Siglec-15 and Colorectal Cancer Immunotherapy
摘要
Abstract
Colorectal cancer is now one of the most prevalent and deadly diseases globally,posing a serious threat to human health.The exact cause of its development is not yet fully understood,but studies suggest that the immune system plays a crucial role.Current treat-ments include surgery,radiation therapy,chemotherapy,and immunotherapy.Siglec-15,a promising new immunotherapy target,has re-ceived considerable attention,and research on it is ongoing.This article primarily analyzes the research progress of Siglec-15 in colorec-tal cancer and the progress of its relationship with the immune system in colorectal cancer patients.关键词
