Research Progress on Anti-gastric Cancer Mechanism of Dihydroartemisinin
摘要
Abstract
Dihydroartemisinin is a sesquiterpene lactone compound containing a peroxide bridge.Due to its advantages such as easy oral absorption,rapid pharmacological effect,and better anti-malarial efficacy,it has been widely used in clinical practice.In recent years,the anti-tumor effect of dihydroartemisinin has received extensive attention.It can exert anti-gastric cancer effects by inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,inducing tumor cell apoptosis,suppressing tumor cell metastasis,and reversing tumor multidrug resistance.This article aims to provide a review of the mechanism of dihydroartemisinin's anti-gastric cancer effect,with the hope of providing reference for its application in gastric cancer treatment.关键词
