Abstract
Standardized training for resident physicians is an important way for medical students to continue their medical education after graduation,and a necessary means to comprehensively improve the overall quality of medical talents in China.This article analyzes the current status of stratified teaching in the standardized training process for resident physicians in the radiology department,emphasizing its importance and listing specific implementation methods for stratified teaching in the field of radiology.It also evaluates and provides feedback on the application effects,aiming to provide a reference for the standardized training of resident physicians in the radiology field.关键词
