白酒酿造工程专业微生物学课程建设探索与实践

Abstract
As an important basic subject in the field of life science,Microbiology has become a basic course for biology and its related subjects in colleges and universities.For the Liquor Brewing Engineering major,it is necessary for students to master some professional knowledge of brewing microorganisms.Based on the existing teaching materials,the paper re-designed the teaching content and teaching methods of Microbiology,and integrated the preamble knowledge of liquor brewing microbiology into the classroom teaching through after-class research,and naturally and appropriately integrated into the curriculum,which forms a Microbiology teaching system based on the teaching goal of Microbiology,with after-school research and training as the starting point,the curriculum ideology and politics throughout the course.关键词
