全日制专业学位研究生校企联合双导师培养机制研究及实践
摘要
Abstract
This paper investigates and summarizes the common practical problems in the current dual mentor training mechanism of school enterprise cooperation,and proposes improvement measures such as conducting substantive cooperation between universities and enterprises,improving the selection and evaluation standards of mentor teams,and promoting cooperation between internal and external mentors.It carries out a joint training practice for professional degree graduate students in the field of Mechanical Engineering at China University of Mining and Technology,and has achieved significant results in research achievements,salary treatment,teaching method reform and innovation,and scientific and technological achievements transformation.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for truly implementing the dual mentor system within and outside the school,and improving the quality of professional degree graduate training.关键词
