摘要
Abstract
The 022Cr25Ni6Mo2N duplex stainless steel seamless tube is produced by means of the hot-piercing+3-pass cold-rolling process.It is demonstrates via relevant physical and chemical tests that all the properties of the said tube are satisfactory,i.e.,the tube possesses proper chemical composition,good mechanical properties and technological per-formances,austenite+ferrite duplex matrix,approximately 1:1 two phase ratio,excellent inter-granular corrosion and pitting corrosion resistances,good surface quality,and high dimensional accuracy.The microstructure and all the perfor-mance indexes of the 22Cr25Ni6Mo2N duplex stainless seamless tube as trial produced are in compliance with the application requirements.关键词
