人参皂苷在阿尔茨海默病治疗中的研究进展
Research progress of ginsenosides in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease
摘要
Abstract
Alzheimer's disease(AD),as an irreversible neurodegenerative disease,is the main cause of dementia in the elderly.Ginsenoside,the most important pharmacologically active ingredient in ginseng,has significant positive effects in the prevention and treatment of neurological diseases.However,a series of mechanisms involved are still unknown to a large extent.Based on the pathogenesis of AD,this paper reviews the effects of ginsenosides on reducing Aβ level,inhibiting Tau protein phosphorylation,suppressing neuroinflammatory process,and improving mitochondrial function in AD treatment.关键词
