Abstract
Constructed is the framework for application of the additive manufacturing fused deposition modeling(FDM)technology to the steel pipe-making industry,and analyzed are the flow process and characteristics of the additive manu-facturing.Furthermore the application scenarios of the additive manufacturing in the steel pipe-making industry is discussed.And proposed are the low-cost emergency substitution method for using the FDM to manufacture the non-standard struct-ural part,the liquid level-control component,the electric component and the pneumatic fitting.The related applications are also desc-ribed.Application of the said additive manufacturing technology can bring about the quick fixing of the fault and low-cost substitution of the component,being helpful for achieving the hi-efficiency,low consumption ratio and green production in the steel pipe-making industry.关键词
