脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者营养管理模式的研究进展
Research progress on nutrition management model of stroke patients with dysphagia
摘要
Abstract
Dysphagia after stroke refers to the abnormal transmission of food from the mouth to the stomach caused by swallowing-related central or nerve damage after stroke.It often causes choking cough in drinking water,affects eating confidence,and even causes aspiration pneumonia,asphyxia and other adverse consequences.Due to the limitation of eating ways,the nutrition management of patients with dysphagia after stroke is special.In the current clinical practice,nutrition management is lack of standardization,and often stays in the stage of nutrition screening only.Two-thirds of patients with dysphagia after stroke failed to obtain effective nutrition management.Scientific and reasonable nutrition management model is very important in improving the nutritional status of patients and accelerating the recovery of neurological function.Based on the research at home and abroad in recent years,this paper reviews the current situation of nutrition management and nutrition management model in stroke patients with dysphagia.The literature review results show that the application effect of multi-nutrition management mode based on theory and concept,multi-disciplinary team collaborative nursing,cluster nursing and continuous nursing in stroke patients with dysphagia is significantly effective.It can provide reference for the nutrition management of stroke patients with dysphagia.关键词
