脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者营养管理模式的研究进展OA

脑卒中后吞咽障碍指脑卒中后,吞咽相关的中枢部位或神经损伤导致食物从口腔到胃的传输过程异常,常出现饮水呛咳,影响进食,甚至引起吸入性肺炎、窒息等不良后果.由于进食途径的限制,脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的营养管理具有特殊性.目前临床实践中,营养管理缺乏规范性,仅停留在营养筛查阶段.2/3脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者未能获得有效的营养管理.科学合理的营养管理模式在改善患者营养状态、加速神经功能的恢复进程中至关重要.本文结合近年来国内外研究,从脑卒中伴吞咽障碍患者营养…查看全部>>
