卧式固液预混合机搅拌特性测试及性能优化
On stirring characteristics testing and performance optimization of horizontal solid-liquid premixers

Abstract
A solid-liquid pre-mixer is a key industrial device in the textile industry,used to thoroughly mix sol-ids and liquids to achieve uniform dispersion.It is widely applied across various sectors,including chemical,food,and pharmaceutical industries.The performance optimization of a horizontal solid-liquid premix mixer was studied experimentally.Utilizing a cylindrical jacketed structure,the study analyzes mixing effects by ad-justing parameters such as the design of stirring blades,material feeding method,and rotation speed.Results in-dicate that blade feeding tends to cause nozzle clogging due to centrifugal force under high filling rates,which can be mitigated by adjusting the gap and adding baffles.Spiral feeding significantly improves mixing uniformi-ty,albeit with higher power requirements,but it promotes thorough mixing.Increasing the rotation speed reduc-es mixing current,thus lowering power consumption.Further optimization,including the removal of blade spac-ers and increasing blade density,enhanced mixing efficiency and discharge speed.It provides a reference for the structure design and operation optimization of horizontal solid-liquid premix.关键词
