甘油三酯-葡萄糖指数在2型糖尿病及其微血管并发症中的研究进展
Research progress of triglyceride-glucose index in type 2 diabetes mellitus and its microvascular complications
摘要
Abstract
Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is one of the most common chronic diseases in the worldwide.Its pathogenesis is mainly insulin resistance(IR)and/or insufficient insulin secretion.At present,the prevalence of T2DM and its microvascular complications continues to increase,and the treatment effect is still poor.In order to early prevent and treat T2DM and its microvascular complications,researchers proposed triglyceride-glucose(TyG)index as an effective index to predict diabetes and its microvascular complications.TyG index is simple and reliable,and has high clinical value.This review combined with the relevant literature in recent years to elaborate the correlation between TyG index and T2DM and its microvascular complications.The results of literature review showed that TyG index was correlated with T2DM and its microvascular complications,and TyG index could be used as an effective predictor of T2DM and its microvascular complications.关键词
