基于认知行为疗法协同干预对脑卒中患者日常生活活动能力及情绪效果分析
Analysis of ADL and emotional effects on stroke patients by psychological synergistic intervention based on CBT

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of collaborative intervention of cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT)on activities of daily living(ADL)and mood of stroke hemiplegia patients.Methods:A total of 100 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia who underwent rehabilitation treatment from May 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to the time of admission,with 50 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional rehabilitation training,while patients in the observation group implemented CBT collaborative intervention on the basis of routine rehabilitation training.Before and after the intervention,the negative emotions,social cognitive ability,activities of daily living,and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated for rehabilitation effects,and the rehabilitation compliance of the two groups was investigated.Results:After 2 months of intervention,there were significant differences in negative emotion scores(SAS,SDS)between the two groups(P＜0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).There were significant differences in Mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score,modified Barthel index score,and quality of life score between the two groups(P＜0.05),and the scores in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The rehabilitation compliance rate was higher in the observation group(94%)than that of the control group(84%)(P＜0.05).Conclusion:CBT collaborative intervention has a positive influence on negative mood,social cognitive ability,daily living ability and quality of life in stroke hemiplegia patients,and can improve their rehabilitation compliance.关键词
