摘要
Abstract
Sarcopenia and osteoporosis are common comorbidities of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).It has significant impact on the quality of life and prognosis of patients.Current research on the mechanisms and treatment strategies for COPD with concurrent sarcopenia and osteoporosis is limited.This article provides a review on these two aspects above.Literature review indicates that factors such as chronic systemic inflammation,hypoxemia,oxidative stress,use of glucocorticoids,vitamin D deficiency,malnutrition,smoking,and musculoskeletal interactions are the main reasons for the coexistence of sarcopenia and osteoporosis in COPD patients.Treatment approaches for COPD combined with sarcopenia and osteoporosis primarily focus on lifestyle changes and pharmacotherapy.These research findings provide clues for early detection and treatment of sarcopenia and osteoporosis in COPD patients,which is beneficial for comprehensive management of COPD.关键词
