基于压电超声传感器的水泥水化原位监测
In Situ Monitoring of Cement Hydration Based on Piezoelectric Ultrasonic Sensors

Abstract
The hydration process of cement plays a crucial role in the later performance of cementitious materials,so it is necessary to carry out an in-depth discussion and research on the hydration process of cement.Based on ultrasonic technology,a buried piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer with an integrated driver and receiver was designed and prepared,its performance was tested,and it was applied to the con-tinuous in situ monitoring of cement hydration.The experimental results show that the multidimensional performance test of the transducer can ensure that it can provide reliable and accurate data in monitoring the hydration process of cement,and the trend of the ultrasonic maximum magnitude based on the trans-ducer can reflect the degree of cement hydration and coagulation,and the stage of the change of the maxi-mum magnitude is basically in line with the initial and final coagulation time measured by the Vickers instrument.This study not only provides a new perspective and method for concrete coagulation detection but also provides a scientific basis for optimizing the performance of concrete.关键词
