不同辣椒耐冷性鉴定及主要指标筛选
Identification of Cold Tolerance of Different Capsicum and Screening of Main Indexes

Abstract
To explore the cold tolerance of different varieties of chili peppers,this experiment used 9 different types of chili peppers as experimental materials,subjected them to low-temperature treatment during the ger-mination and seedling stages,and measured relevant morphological and physiological indicators.The results showed that after low temperature stress,the morphological indicators of pepper germination and seedling stages decreased to varying degrees,while soluble protein,proline,malondialdehyde,soluble sugar content increased to varying degrees.Four comprehensive indicators were obtained using principal component analy-sis,with a cumulative contribution rate of 86.802%.Using the membership function method and weight method,the comprehensive cold resistance(D value)of each material was obtained.Based on the D value,9 chili peppers were divided into three types,strong cold resistance type(G23);moderate cold resistance type(XL,LY3,028),cold sensitive type(PY42,S2,507,Y080,020).Finally,a mathematical model was obtained using stepwise regression analysis,Y=0.112 X1+0.287 X2+0.034(R2=0.949,p<0.01),The average accuracy of the model was 92.9%,and two main indicators were selected for relative germination index(X1)and seedling dry weight(X2).关键词
