Abstract
In December 2024,CNPC Economics and Technology Research Institute released the"Global Energy Security Report"for the third consecutive year.By 2024,global energy security pressures have eased,with improvements in such three aspects as sustainability,affordability,and system resilience.However,there has been a slight decline in accessibility,which is fundamental to energy security.In addition,the resilience of the system,which reflects its ability to cope with uncertainties and shocks,remains relatively low,indicating that the current state of global energy security is still relatively fragile and may continue to fluctuate at this level in the coming years.At present,geopolitical confrontation is the biggest source of risk to global energy security,issues related to power grid security are becoming increasingly prominent,artificial intelligence lacks adequate regulation and guidance,and the climate crisis is imminent.Therefore,it is crucial to focus on the risks associated with geopolitics,power grid security,artificial intelligence,and sustainability.It is recommended that all relevant parties work together to consolidate the foundation of energy security,enhance the resilience of the energy industry chain and supply chain,strengthen the security of the power sector,deepen international energy cooperation,and accelerate the energy transition.关键词
