摘要

Abstract

Forging wastewater is a type of industrial wastewater produced during the forging treatment of metal billets.It is characterized by high color intensity,high chemical oxygen demand,poor biodegradability,and high treatment difficulty,posing a potential threat to water environmental safety.The existing treatment methods for forging wastewater mainly include sedimentation,adsorption,membrane separation,chemical oxidation,and biological degradation.The effects of the above methods on the treatment of forging wastewater were reviewed.The main problems faced by the existing forging wastewater treatment technologies include high treatment costs and excessive sludge produced by biological treatment methods.The future development direction of forging wastewater treatment research was mainly the combined use of multiple treatment technologies,which was expected to achieve efficient,economical and environmentally friendly treatment effects.
