Abstract
In 2024,China's energy policy focused on the development of the industry and established and improved the energy legal system by introducing the Energy Law,strengthening the foundation of energy law governance,expanded the supply of energy resources and focused on strategic minerals,enhancing the ability to guarantee energy security,pushed forward the marketization of the pricing mechanisms,built a new power system,pushed forward the construction of a unified national electric power market,and pushed forward the target of anchoring the"double carbon"goal and task,promoting the green low-carbon transition of the energy structure.In 2025,the status of non-fossil energy in the energy structure is expected to increase,supported by enhanced policy measures.The Energy Law will serve as the core of the energy legal system,with concentrated efforts on promoting the top-level design for national energy development.Policies will further strengthen the energy market system,enhance energy security by addressing weaknesses and adding new capabilities;and vigorously promoting digital technologies to empower energy industry development and green&low-carbon transition,as well as improving government regulatory efficiency.关键词
