摘要

Abstract

To isolate the issues of seedling health and disease prevention and control during the seedling stage of the beautiful cliff bean vine,this experiment used 12 seeds of Millettia speciosa as experimental materials.After isolating and culturing the fungi carried inside and outside the seeds,morphological and DNA sequencing meth-ods were used for identification.A total of 10 genera were identified from 12 seed samples,including 10 genera of fungi harboring internally and 177 isolates,and 4 genera of fungi carrying externally and 52 isolates.This indica-ted that samples from different sources carry rich species diversity of fungi,which has potential research value in seed health and seedling standardization of the beautiful cliff bean vine.
