Design of an Automatic Machine Vision Inspection System for Automotive Stamping Parts
摘要
Abstract
The manual inspection of automotive stamping parts is labor-intensive,inefficient,and prone to missed and incorrect detections.The research conducted in this study uses machine vision for the detection of stamping parts,focusing on issues such as missing or misinstalled holes,bolts,and nuts on automotive stamping parts.The study analyzed the detection requirements and characteristics of the workpieces and designed the overall composition and scheme of the machine vision detection system.Based on the detection accuracy,the image acquisition module,lighting source,and lighting scheme,as well as the loading and unloading mechanisms were determined.The hardware system's circuit and camera mounting bracket were designed.By analyzing the characteristics of various workpieces,visual recognition software was developed,achieving the detection goals of machine vision.关键词
