Abstract
This study delves into the theoretical implications and environmental design of the apprenticeship integration model in vocational education.The integrated apprenticeship system represents an innovative training paradigm characterized by dual principal entities,grounded in systemic principles.It facilitates a seamless integration of secondary vocational education,enterprise-based apprenticeship,and higher vocational education.The model emphasizes fundamental traits such as systemic coherence in training participants,processes,and educational content,while thoroughly analyzing spatial arrangements and temporal sequencing in the learning process.To implement this model effectively,essential reformative measures are proposed,including defining the scope of pilot programs,specifying the requirements for professional course characteristics and educational models,assembling diverse and multidisciplinary teaching teams,and constructing shared practical teaching centers.The integrated apprenticeship model aims to deepen the fusion of industry and education,foster school-enterprise collaboration,and strengthen the alignment between secondary and tertiary vocational education.It is particularly suited to vocational fields that demand high skill levels and extended training cycles.关键词
