依托职业教育市域产教联合体助推产教融合试点城市建设研究
On Promoting Industry-Education Integration Pilot City Construction Based on Vocational Education City-Area Industry-Education Consortium

Abstract
City-area industry-education consortium and industry-education integration pilot cities are both important measures for the country to promote the integration of vocational education,respectively led by the Ministry of Education and the National Development and Reform Commission,and coordinated implemented by Ministry of Human resources and Social Security,State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and other ministries.Both city-wide industry-education consortium and industry-education integration pilot cities are government-led models of industry-education integration in vocational education and are supervised by municipal governments,aiming to promote industrial-education-research resource concentration,urban industrial development,high-skilled personnel cultivation,high-quality employment as well as social and economic development.The city-wide industry-education consortium provides a more powerful starting point for the construction of the industry-education integration pilot city.Through the concrete operation of the city-wide production-education consortium,it drives the construction of urban industry-education integration and forms a demonstration radiation effect,which will strongly boost the pilot work of the integration of industry and education in the whole city.关键词
