Abstract
At present,China is at a critical juncture of industrial transformation and upgrading,and talent is the key element of industrial transformation and upgrading,especially the innovation ability of talents.The primary task of the municipal industry-education consortium is to carry out collaborative education and support for industrial innovation,with the cultivation of innovative talents is the key task.This paper takes the research on the cultivation of innovative talents in the"Wuhan China Optics Valley"industry-education consortium as an example,based on Parsons'"AGIL"model analysis,it adapts to new changes and demands in industrial development;achieves the functional goal of cultivating innovative talent;integrates resources to promote the"symbiotic integration"of industry and education;and ensures symbiotic and prosperous development through institutional construction,cultural identity,and value norms.Through top-level design,the bidirectional docking of talent supply and demand is achieved;collaborative innovation precisely matches industrial development;policy incentives create an ecosystem where science and education blend;value guidance fosters a culture of sharing;achieving"Four-Chain Integration"in innovative talent cultivation.关键词
