基于移相全桥变换器的软开关逆变技术研究
Research on Soft-Switching Inverter Technology Based on Phase-Shifted Full-Bridge Converter

Abstract
In full-bridge inverter circuit based on phase-shifted control,the leading arm and the lagging arm alternate every half power frequency cycle,which makes it difficult to realize the soft switching of full-bridge switching tube.The traditional scheme using symmetrical passive auxiliary network can ensure the soft switching,but the injection resonant current is designed according to the critical condition of the lag arm,and the injection resonant current is larger,which results in greater reactive power circulation loss.In order to solve this problem,a soft switching scheme of controllable inductance is proposed in this paper.By changing the strength of resonant inductance,the injected resonant current can follow the change of leading arm and lagging arm,so as to realize zero voltage conduction and reduce reactive power circulation loss at the same time.In addition,the structure of the proposed controllable inductor and the operating principle of the soft switching scheme are analyzed in detail,and a 100 kHz,200 W prototype is designed.Compared with the hard switching,the efficiency of the proposed soft switching scheme is increased by 5.2%.关键词
