Microbial evolution during internal electrolysis enhanced ecological restoration of black-odorous water

Abstract
The ecological restoration of urban black and odorous water was carried out using a triple coupling system of internal electrolysis,submerged macrophyte,and microbes.The purification efficiency of the coupling system on black and odorous water was investigated,and the evolution of the microbial community structure in the rhizosphere of Vallisneria natans was analyzed.The microbial analysis results showed that Pseudomonas,a microorganism with autotrophic denitrification and polyphosphate accumulation ability,was the main microorganism in the rhizosphere of Vallisneria natans,and maintained a high abundance.In addition,Hydrogenophaga with autotrophic denitrification ability,gradually enriched in the rhizosphere of Vallisneria natans as the experiment progressed.Microorganisms with denitrification such as Delftia,norank_f__Rhizobiales_Incertae_Sedis and unclassified_f__Comamonadaceae gradually accumulated and became dominant in the rhizosphere of Vallisneria natans.Hyphomicrobium,unclassified_f__Xanthobacteraceae and SM1A02 with organic degradation and denitrification functions,appeared and gradually accumulated in the rhizosphere of Vallisneria natans.The evolution of the microbial community in the rhizosphere of Vallisneria natans indicated that the coupling system had strong autotrophic denitrification ability,and the richness and diversity of microorganisms with nitrogen and phosphorus removal and organic matter degradation abilities were gradually increased.关键词
