Abstract
Internal quality assurance of professional groups in vocational colleges refers to the systematic management process of planned and organized assurance activities actively carried out by vocational colleges to maintain and improve the quality of their professional groups.It should be able to ensure the scientificity,stability,and growth of professional group construction.Based on the difficulties of the lack of direction and foundation,organization and mechanism,diagnosis and evaluation in the construction of the internal quality assurance system of the professional group,it is proposed to gradually build quality standards,continuously enrich the quality standard system,attach importance to process diagnosis and improvement,optimize the quality assurance system in a timely manner,emphasize the collaborative governance of multiple subjects,continuously improve the quality assurance ability,gather the original intention of the development of the professional group,and gradually achieve the integration of obstetrics and gynecology education in the construction of the internal quality assurance system of vocational college professional groups.关键词
