Differential gene expression analysis in the compound eyes of female Anoplophora glabripennis in response to light signals and screening of genes related to biological control

Abstract
The research aims to investigate the gene response of Anoplophora glabripennis compound eyes to light signals and explore the genes related to biological control of Anoplo-phora glabripennis,providing theoretical basis for the control of this beetle.Comparative transcriptome analysis method was used to analyze the differential gene expression of 4 treat-ments:light tretment to ventral area(LV),light tretment to dorsal area(LD),dark treat-ment to ventral area(DV)and dark treatment to dorsal area(DD).The results showed that:(1)Transcriptome sequencing was performed on 12 samples,and 16 200 genes were obtained;A total of 4 166 differential expression genes were found,including 649,2 588,1693 and 3 522 d in DV vs DD,LV_vs_LD,LV vs_DV,and LV_vs_DD,respectively.(2)GO term analysis showed that differential genes were mainly enriched in peptide biosynthe-sis,translation,amide biosynthesis,peptide metabolism,and cellular macromolecular bio-synthesis.(3)KEGG pathway analysis showed that differential genes were mainly concen-trated in ribosome,oxidative phosphorylation and thermogenesis.(4)Furthermore,106 genes related to biological control were found,including 31 olfaction-related genes,58 molt-ing-related genes,6 chitin synthesis-related genes and 11 lignocellulose-related genes.The re-sult provides a theoretical basis for using RNA interference to control A.glabripennis.关键词
