高职城轨运营类实训教学中的激励策略设计和实践
Design and Implementation of Motivational Strategies in Practical Teaching of Urban Rail Transit Operation Courses in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract
Based on the pressing demand for high-caliber operational talents driven by the rapid development of China's urban rail transit industry,this study delves into how motivational strategies can enhance the instructional effectiveness of practical training courses in urban rail transit operations under the framework of the"Three Educations Reform".Two motivational strategies,task-oriented and team collaboration,were designed and implemented in an integrated theoretical-practical course in the teaching of"Urban Rail Transit Operations Organization".Empirical research demonstrates that task-oriented incentives significantly boost students'short-term learning enthusiasm and operational skills,with a decline of 6.5%observed in performance when external rewards were removed.In contrast,the experimental group using the team collaboration strategy consistently achieved excellent average scores of 90 points over two experimental phases,substantiating its more positive impact on stimulating students'intrinsic learning motivation and sustaining long-term interest.The findings also indirectly validate the manifestation of the Deci Effect in educational practice,highlighting the potential detrimental effect of overreliance on extrinsic rewards on intrinsic motivation.关键词
