中空纤维膜处理印染废水中试效果及膜污染研究
Study on pilot-scale effect and membrane fouling of hollow fiber membrane treating printing and dyeing wastewater

Abstract
To grasp the practical effect of hollow fiber membrane in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater and the characteristics of membrane fouling,PTFE hollow fiber membrane components were selected to be placed in the biochemical effluent membrane pool of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment plant for pilot study of membrane effluent quality and membrane fouling.The results showed that the removal rate of SS in the hollow fiber membrane group could reach more than 99.6%,the removal rate of turbidity and chroma could also reach more than 85%,and the removal rate of TP,CODCr,TN and NH3-N could reach 91%,76%,41%and 20%,respectively,which was related to the working mechanism of the membrane module.After running for a period of time,the membrane flux of the membrane component would gradually decrease,and the transmembrane pressure difference would decrease first and then increase,which was related to the self-cleaning of the test membrane component.Regular self-cleaning could slow down the membrane fouling rate,reduce the air volume of gas scrubbing,and reduce the energy consumption of the system.In actual production,membrane fouling prevention should be considered from many aspects,such as the selection and installation of membrane components,the improvement of sludge mixture characteristics in membrane pool,the optimization of process conditions and membrane cleaning.关键词
