轨道类高职毕业生高质量充分就业路径研究
The Practical Dilemma and Optimization Path of High Quality Full Employment of Rail Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
As a new quality of the development of productive forces,the productive forces are unleashing"new"dividends in employment,leading the"new"development of employment and addressing the"new"challenges in the employment market.Analyzing the employment status of track vocational graduates,there are structural imbalance,"difficult to match",single employment direction,and insufficient employment ability,difficult to adapt to the new situation.In the new development stage,it is proposed to focus on the linkage of employment mechanism and gather the joint force of employment work;focus on the optimization of professional structure and improve the quality of talent training;focus on the deep integration of industry and education,expand the supply of employment positions;focus on the application of digital intelligence platform,improve the quality and efficiency of employment work;focus on the optimization path of employment guidance training,expand the employment and growth channels,so as to give full play to the comprehensive efficiency of the new quality productive forces to enable graduates with high-quality full employment.关键词
