高职制造类专业课教师课程思政胜任力调查分析
Investigation and Analysis of the Professional Course Teachers'Competency to the Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education for Manufacturing Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract
The professional course teachers'competency to curriculum-based ideological and political education is a key factor which affects the effectiveness of Manufacturing Majors'ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.On the basis of analyzing the connotation and structure,a survey and analysis of the current situation was conducted,which was based on the random sampling of 283 professional course teachers majoring in manufacturing from J Higher Vocational School in Wuxi.In response to the survey results,the paper puts forward four suggestions to enhance teachers'competency to the curriculum-based ideological and political education:strengthening the teachers'awareness and responsibility,enhancing the ability to explore and integrate ideological and political resources,innovating education methods and improving the support and guarantee mechanism.关键词
