Application value of Chlamydia trachomatis,Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Ureaplasma urealyticum in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia screening

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application value of Chlamydia trachomatis(CT),Neisseria gonorrhoeae(NG)and Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU)in cervical secretions screening for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade(CIN).Methods:From August 2021 to July 2023,159 patients diagnosed with CIN by cervical tissue biopsy under colposcopy in Zhengzhou Central Hospital were selected as the observation group.In addition,157 patients with multiple sexual partners,early sexual behavior,smoking,low immune system function,long-term oral contraceptives,history of human papilloma virus(HPV)infection and other factors were selected as the control group.Pathological examination was used as the"gold standard"to evaluate the expression of CT,NG and UU between the two groups.The single and combined expression of CT,NG and UU in CIN with different grades were compared.The diagnostic efficacy and consistency of CT,NG and UU in the diagnosis of CIN were analyzed.Results:The positive expressions of CT,NG and UU in cervical tissues of observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).CT positive rate comparison:CIN Ⅰ＜CIN Ⅱ＜CIN Ⅲ(P＜0.05);NG positive rate comparison:CIN Ⅰ＜CIN Ⅱ＜CIN Ⅲ(P＞0.05);UU positive rate comparison:CIN Ⅰ＜CIN Ⅱ＜CIN Ⅲ(P＞0.05),CT positive+NG positive+UU positive rate comparison:CIN Ⅰ＜CIN Ⅱ＜CIN Ⅲ(P＞0.05);The consistency between CT,NG and UU combined diagnosis of CIN and pathological biopsy was 0.907,which was higher than that of CT,NG and UU single detection.Conclusions:The detection of CT,NG and UU in cervical secretions has certain application value in the screening of CIN,and can provide an important reference for the early diagnosis of CIN.关键词
