可膨胀石墨在组合聚醚中的沉降问题及阻燃性能
Sedimentation and flame retardancy of expandable graphite in composite polyether
摘要
Abstract
This paper attempts to solve the sedimentation problem of expandable graphite(EG)in composite polyether.The study taking EG as raw material,includes conducting surface modification of expandable graphite(EG)with polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)and melamine(MA),and preparing the rigid polyurethane foam composites(RPUF).The results show that after modification,EG could remain in the composite polyether without settling for 30 days,solving the problem of EG settling easily in the composite polyether and forming at the bottom after long-term transportation and storage.The comprehen-sive performance of RPUF composite material made of 20 parts by mass MAEG has been improved com-pared to RPUF composite material made of 20 parts by mass EG,among which,the residual carbon rate of RPUF/MAEG increases by 1.82%compared to RPUF/EG,the flame retardancy LOI value increases to 25.9%,the compressive strength increases from 0.079 MPa to 0.111 MPa.The apparent density has been significantly improved.关键词
