智能制造背景下高职教师数字素养提升研究

Abstract
In an era marked by the rapid development of digital technology,intelligent manufacturing has emerged as a core force driving the transformation and upgrading of global manufacturing industries.This transformation also brings new opportunities and challenges to the field of education.There is a close connection between intelligent manufacturing and teachers'digital literacy.Currently,vocational college teachers are facing new challenges in terms of digital literacy.To effectively enhance teachers'digital literacy,a series of measures should be taken,including strengthening training in intelligent manufacturing technologies,enhancing information technology application skills,honing the ability to integrate and evaluate digital resources,and building a comprehensive incentive and evaluation system.The implementation of these strategies aims to promote the overall improvement of teachers'digital literacy,better adapting to the demands of educational and teaching innovation in the era of intelligent manufacturing,and laying a solid foundation for cultivating highly qualified talent.关键词
