摘要

Abstract

This paper is aimed at addressing the poor adjust-ability and low detection accuracy in tra-ditional testing equipment by permanent magnet electric roller and developing a new type of permanent magnet electric roller test bench.The study consists of obtaining the corresponding parameters of the hy-draulic cylinder based on theoretical calculations;designing a hydraulic system of the permanent magnet electric test bench;and by establishing a virtual model of the hydraulic system of the test bench in Auto-mation studio software for hydraulic system simulation,comparing and analyzing the simulation response time of each hydraulic cylinder with the design response time.The results show that the absolute error be-tween the response time of each hydraulic cylinder and the design value is between 5%and 7%,which verifies the reliability of this system design.
