摘要

Abstract

This paper is an attempt to address the large frequency change rate and steady-state error after encountering unbalanced power interference in high-proportion new energy power system,and propo-ses an orderly power regulation control strategy based on a large capacity grid-connected electrolyzer group.The study is enabled by the load side electrolzer adaptively adjusting the power consumption ac-cording to the change of the power grid frequency to achieves the purpose of source and charge balance for improving the frequency stability of high proportion new energy power systems,when the power generation is insufficient in individual periods or the power grid is connected to a large load;and setting up IEEE9-node system to verify its feasibility.The results show that the electrolytic cell with this control strategy can shorten the time of 29 s when the power system frequency drops to the lowest point,and the lowest fre-quency value increases by 0.24 Hz,as which the absolute value of the frequency change rate is reduced,and the steady-state error is reduced by 0.20 Hz,which improves the frequency stability of high propor-tion new energy power systems,and verifies the effectiveness of this control strategy.
