Abstract
The imperative of implementing the Tuhai River water diversion project in Binzhou City is examined,analyzing the current water supply and demand situation along with future trends.A specialized scheme is proposes to supplement the Yellow River water supply through Tuhai River diversion,aiming to optimize regional water resource allocation and resolve supply-demand discrepancies.The core components,operational scale,and implementation framework of the project are detailed,and the anticipated outcomes and evaluation of the project are described in detail.It is concluded that the execution of this project will play a pivotal role in achieving efficient utilization of water resources,rational allocation of water resources,and mitigating the imbalance between supply and demand in urban areas.This study can serve as a valuable reference for similar projects in the future.关键词
