京津冀平原区超采治理工作成效浅析
Effectiveness of Treatment of Groundwater Over-exploitation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Plain

Abstract
The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Plain is one of the most densely urbanized and economically robust regions in China.With rapid economic and social development,the demand for water resources has been increasing.Coupled with the influence of climate change and human activities,this region has become one of the areas with the most severe water scarcity and the highest level of groundwater utilization.Due to the relative paucity of surface water resources,over-exploitation of groundwater has become a critical issue.In 2020,the annual groundwater supply in Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei Province was 1349 million cubic meters,301 million cubic meters,and 8708 million cubic meters,respectively,accounting for 33.2%,10.8%,and 48.6%of the total annual water supply in the region.To scientifically assess changes in groundwater levels and objectively reflect the effectiveness of over-exploitation governance,this study employs mathematical and statistical percentile methods as well as the proportion of changes observed at monitoring stations to evaluate the impact of groundwater over-exploitation management measures.关键词
