黄河流域泾源县策底河健康状态评价研究
Health Status Evaluation of Cedi River in Jingyuan County,Yellow River Basin

Abstract
The health evaluation of Cedi River in Jingyuan County was carried based on the four criteria layers of basin,water,biological and social function services.The four criteria layers were composed of 16 index layers,such as the natural condition of shoreline,the satisfaction degree of ecological flow,the condition of aquatic plant community and public participation,including 11 mandatory indexes,4 alternative indexes and 1 optional index.Using the grading index scoring method,step-by-step weighting,comprehensive scoring,the final score of the health evaluation of the Cedi River was 84.80,which was rated as a secondary river and lake(75≤RHI<90),indicating a healthy state.In recent years,the comprehensive management of the Cedi River Basin has achieved remarkable results.The natural function and social service function of the river have been significantly improved,and the ecological environment has continued to improve.However,compared to the requirements of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Jinghe River Basin,there is still some room for improvement.In view of the weak anti-interference ability of the river itself and the unclear foundation of agricultural non-point source pollution,it is necessary to strengthen the self-construction of river health,water resources scheduling in the county,and agricultural non-point source pollution control.关键词
