Abstract
As part of the national flood and drought disaster census,Luanzhou in Tangshan,Hebei Province,has been selected as a pilot area to conduct a review of the current flood control capacity of key rivers.Based on the actual conditions of the Luanhe River in Luanzhou,the current operational status of embankments and river-crossing structures is investigated and assessed.The water surface profile and flood evolution analysis methods are used to simulate and analyze the flood inundation risks under the current conditions of the Luanhe River.The analysis results will provide essential technical support for flood control command and dispatch,as well as disaster prevention and mitigation decision-making for the Luanhe River.Additionally,the experiences gained from this census work will be summarized to provide references for similar projects.关键词
