Abstract
In order to fully grasp the development status of regional industrial water use level,strengthen the supervision and management of industrial water saving,find the weak points and key factors affecting industrial water use efficiency,and improve the level of industrial water use,it is very important to build a set of evaluation system and methods for assessing industrial water use level.A regional industrial water use evaluation index system and evaluation model were constructed,which took the regional industrial water use level as the target level,and included 2 first-level indexes of water use efficiency level and water use management level,10 second-level indexes and 18 third-level indexes.Shijiazhuang City was taken as the research object.The comprehensive water consumption level of 14 major industrial water industries in the city was quantitatively assessed.The results show that:①the industrial comprehensive evaluation index of Shijiazhuang city is 70.2%,which belongs to the"more advanced level"and conforms to the actual industrial water use in Shijiazhuang;②The water consumption per unit product of 112 of the 296 major products in the city is lower than the advanced quota standard,and the industrial water-saving potential has a large room for improvement;③The evaluation index system and method proposed in this study are scientific and reasonable,which can directly reflect the level of regional industrial water use.It can provide technical support for further optimizing industrial water use system and improving industrial water use level assessment..关键词
