摘要

Abstract

The use of mining waste rock to produce manufactured sand is an important way to save natural resources and promote carbon emission reduction in the sand and gravel industry.However,at present,China has not yet deve-loped a carbon emission reduction accounting methodology for waste rock production manufactured sand.Based on the existing carbon emission reduction accounting framework for solid waste resource utilization,this paper constructs a carbon emission reduction accounting method for the production of mechanism sand from mining waste rock,covering the whole life cycle carbon emission process of mechanism sand production,and uses this method to preliminarily calcu-late the energy-saving and emission reduction benefits of waste rock substitution technology compared to traditional mineral sand mining technology.The results show that the unit product of waste rock production machine-made sand saves about 7.74 kgec/t,and the unit product carbon emission reduction is about 22.06 kg CO2/t.The research results can provide a methodological basis for the formulation of emission reduction standards for the utilization of waste rock resources.
