钙改性二硫化钼纳米材料的制备及其对Pb2+的吸附性能研究
Research on preparation of calcium modified molybdenum disulfide nanomaterials and their adsorption properties for Pb2+

Abstract
Urban and industrial wastes often contain heavy metals,among which lead(Pb)is highly toxic and can seriously endanger the ecological environment and human health.In this paper,a new calcium modified molybdenum disulfide composite(Ca-MoS2)was synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method using ammonium molybdate and thiourea as precursors and anhydrous calcium chloride as calcium source.The structure of Ca-MoS2 was characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy.The effectiveness of Ca-MoS2 in the adsorption and removal of Pb2+in wastewater was verified by experiments.The results show that Ca2+can promote the longitudinal growth of MoS2(100)peak and inhibit the growth of(002)peak,and Ca-MoS2 has a flower-like morphology.The infrared absorption peak of Ca-S appeared in Ca-MoS2,and the interlayer spacing increased,which improved the adsorption capacity of the material.When the addition amount of Ca-MoS2 was 0.1 g,the reaction temperature was 50℃,the adsorption time was 100 min,and the pH was 6,the removal rate of Pb2+by Ca-MoS2 was the highest,which was 93.7%.After 6 cycles,the removal rate of Pb2+by Ca-MoS2 was still above 90%.In the presence of K+,Ca2+,Mg2+and Zn2+,the removal rate of Pb2+by Ca-MoS2 was still above 84%.The adsorption process of Pb2+on Ca-MoS2 fits well with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model,and the correlation coefficient is 0.997 5.The adsorption mode of Pb2+on Ca-MoS2 is chemical multi-molecular layer adsorption.The calcium-modified MoS2 material has strong adsorption,excellent recycling and adsorption selectivity for Pb2+.关键词
